He was selected by management to meet with high-level job seekers on an individual basis. He critiques their résumés and LinkedIn profiles, as well as conducts mock interviews and provides salary negotiating advice.

Bob writes resumes and LinkedIn profiles in addition to his full-time work at MassHire Lowell Career Center. And colleagues often come to Bob for advice on their clients’ resumes.

He has gained a reputation as a LinkedIn authority in the community. He was awarded one of LinkedIn Top Voices of 2019.

Bob is proud of creating the first LinkedIn program at MassHire Career Center (then Career Center of Lowell) and developing workshops and webinars to support the program. Job seekers from across the state attend his LinkedIn workshops.
