Daisy Wright is the Founder & Chief Encouragement Officer at The Wright Career Solution. She is also an award-winning career coach who helps executives, managers, and mid-career professionals tell their career stories to get hired.


Daisy Wright is a career coaching expert who writes on topics that relate to job search, career transition, interviews, and executive resume development.

Daisy is a certified career development practitioner, certified career management coach and certified resume strategist. She is the author three books including the Canadian best-seller, "No Canadian Experience, Eh?" Among her many awards are Alumni of Distinction recognition from Conestoga College, and Outstanding Employment Interview Strategist and Outstanding Canadian Career Leader from Career Professionals of Canada.

Daisy is a member of the International Coach Federation, Career Professionals of Canada, and former member of Forbes Coaches Council. In her spare time, she works behind the scenes on her Let’s GROW Project, a women’s initiative she started in 2016.


Daisy earned her bachelor's in public administration from Ryerson University and her post-graduate diploma in the Career Development Practitioner Program from Conestoga University.
