Daniel Richards is a digital marketing executive and consultant. Before earning his MBA from Columbia Business School, he wrote extensively for business audiences on the topics of business finance, marketing, and retail sales and operations.

A trained journalist, Daniel contributed to several publications including The Balance, as well as was an editor for Moment Magazine and SmartBrief. After business school, he worked for American Express in business development and digital consumer marketing. Eventually, he went on to own and operate his own marketing consulting firm.


Daniel Richards has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Northwestern University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
