During her career, Rosemary taught all areas of finance, including personal finance, for 27 years at Morehead State University, the University of Kentucky, and the University of Maryland-Global Campus. Carlson received her master's and doctorate degrees from the University of Kentucky. She earned her bachelor's from Morehead State University.
